Andrea Buckvold

studio+lab at abcdexperiments is a play space for creativity.  Here I invited kids to integrate art with science, technology, engineering, mathematics, history, and social and environmental good - among other whims.

I keep a large collection of materials both for "loose parts" play and directed projects.  Kids ranging in age from 4 to 10 work in collaborative groups to explore how things work.

In the summer of 2019, the studio will have been open for 5 years.
